I am a qualified cognitive-behavioural therapist. My approach is predominantly rooted in CBT, and my goal is to establish a nurturing, secure, and supportive rapport that's built on empathy, acceptance, and openness. While I draw from the foundation of the person-centred approach, I've also received specialised training in compassion-focused therapy and schema therapy. To provide a tailored experience, I integrate elements from these modalities along with mindfulness and mindful self-compassion.
My background includes extensive and ongoing involvement in private practise and within a psychiatric hospital environment. Throughout this journey, I've been working with adults grappling with a diverse spectrum of distressing issues. We will embark on this collaborative journey, progressing at a pace that aligns with your preferences while addressing your unique objectives and ambitions.
I offer online sessions only, these can be done over Zoom, Skype etc, telephone and even email.
