My journey began in secondary education, where I worked as a teacher supporting students with diverse learning needs. Over time, I moved into educational research and later joined government investigations focusing on vulnerable populations. Alongside this, I’ve supported people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in educational and care settings. I’m now a fully qualified Autism Coach and hold a Level 4 qualification in Child and Adolescent Counselling. I also maintain an up-to-date DBS check. My work centres around supporting adolescents and adults, particularly those going through a late autism diagnosis or exploring ADHD for the first time. Whether you’re based in Hertfordshire or connecting online, I tailor my coaching to suit your needs, pace, and goals. My coaching is not about fixing or masking. It’s about giving you space to better understand yourself, build confidence, and create strategies that work for your everyday life. Sessions are led by your experiences and focus on what matters most to you.
