a. Accuracy of Information: If you submit listings or content to our directory, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

b. Rights to Content: By submitting content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

4. Your Choices

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your directory listing and/or access to the Site, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these terms.

a. No Warranty: The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

b. Third-Party Content: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or control such third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

8. Cancellation Policy

a. All payments made for memberships have a 14 day cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase or renewal.

b. Personalised goods, such as printed certificates, are exempt from this 14 day cooling-off period.

c. If you choose to cancel your membership within this 14 day period any fees paid will be refunded to you in full. To cancel, please contact us.

d. Members who request cancellation after the 14-day cooling-off period will not be eligible to receive a pro-rated reimbursement for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
