I began my journey towards professional counselling after the completion of coaching and mentoring training by BPA Bruck Payne Associates, recognised world wide.

This experience combined with the difficulties my children have faced with anxiety and my genuine empathetic approach to support others, has encouraged me to undertake professional qualifications; TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (RQF) and Counselling Diploma Level 3 (AOL992).

We have one life, the years pass by so quickly, why waste those years struggling, when there are tools and techniques to help us get the most from each and every day.

With an effective helping relationship and the commitment from both the counsellor and client, the sky really is the limit!
