I have lived experience of AuDHD, ME/CFS and Ceoliacs Disease. I have worked in Child Development and care for 26 years. For the past 2 years I have worked with Parent Carers of SEND Children offering emotional support and wellbeing to them.
I have studies many disciplines in Mental Health, Welling and counselling. I recently completed my Level 4 qualification in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I practice in Somatic Healing.
