Hi everyone, I believe that everyone has a right to live a happy, fulfilled life. My passion is to listen, help and to support anyone who needs guidance and feels that they don’t know how to cope on a daily basis anymore, move forward in life, grieve, have anxiety that prevents one from completing daily tasks, exam stress, separation and loss ….. I went into therapy and counselling after my own personal experiences. When my dad passed away, I was emotional, in denial and shocked. I wanted my family and friends to be as they were and not to know my personal worries by seeing me struggling. I was referred to a counsellor via my GP. The counsellor changed my way of thinking in a healthy, accepting way. The process helped me to overcome my emotional distress and not to feel guilty because sad isn’t bad. After therapy, I felt healed and positive to move forward and enjoy the rest of my life with my 3 children. Since therapy, I wanted to help and support others. I’ve since had various training in many therapeutic areas because I want to reach out to both adults and children to support them during difficult times. You are important, never lose hope. The hardest part is picking up the phone/emailing and making initial contact. Have courage and once you reach out, you will be listened to, you will be supported in any way shape or form that you need. Make time for yourself and start today. It’s your time to start your healing journey and I will support every step of the way. I don’t judge! I listen and support. Be kind to yourself.
