My approach is client-centred and relational, meaning I work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I believe healing happens through being genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
I have a particular sensitivity to experiences around relationships, identity, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the emotional impact of difficult family dynamics. Sessions provide a safe place to explore thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and develop greater self-understanding and emotional resilience.
