I am an Intuitive, Integrative, Specialist Counsellor, Holistic Therapist and Twin Flame Coach, on a mission to truly help people heal their invisible wounds. I support individuals become healthier, more fulfilled versions of themselves. I am passionate about creating Sacred Spaces for soul integration, spiritual growth, development and evolution.

My background is diverse, spanning from my qualifications as a Registered Nurse (2013) to my work as a Special Effects Media Make-up Artist and Beauty Consultant (2018) , while still offering intuitive counselling for over a decade on the side. With a renewed focus on helping people, I completed my training in Meridian Psychotherapy and also became a Level 4 Specialist Counsellor (2024) and Relaxation Therapist (2025). I am currently exploring Art Therapy further, to add to my therapeutic repertoire. Over the years of working with people, I have gained extensive experience in delivering a range of therapeutic modalities. This has equipped me with a versatile skillset, enabling me to connect with individuals from all walks of life and offer solution-based approaches that promote positive, healthier outcomes.
