Description

Hello and many thanks for taking the time to visit my page. A bit about myself - I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and supervisor. I have been working with adults in mental health for 19 years, helping them to overcome many different mental health and emotional challenges.

My experience to date has enabled me to work with a vast range of issues. I also have particular expertise in working with relationship issues, anger, bullying, sexuality, LGBT+, self-esteem, self-confidence, bad habits, depression (and generally feeling low), identity and anxiety issues, improving communication skills as well as survivors of sexual abuse.

As an experienced practitioner, helping people identify where they are at in life and how they want to move forward is my specialism. I have at my disposal many tools to do this, whether it is counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), coaching, hypnosis, personality assessments or nutrition guidance. My clients particularly find useful a range of personalised audio tracks which they can listen to in their own time, focusing on many areas such as mindfulness, low self-confidence, feeling low/depressed, anxious, or changing unhelpful habits.

What happens next?

So if you are struggling right now or even if you are doing O.K. in life but want to make improvements, feel free to send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you.
