I am a qualified bilingual (French-English) counsellor with a BSc Honours in Psychology from Université Paris 8. I am currently deepening my clinical practice through the postgraduate course Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Wellbeing: Multidisciplinary Practice at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. This training supports the development of my systemic thinking and equips me with tools to work more holistically with families and relational dynamics.
In my private practice, I work with children (6+), adolescents, and families, offering a warm, creative, and reflective therapeutic space. My approach draws from psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and person-centred traditions, and is enriched by art, play, and craft therapy, walk and talk sessions, and dog-assisted therapy. I adapt my approach to the individual, while remaining attentive to the broader emotional and relational context.
My professional background includes supporting individuals and families in end-of-life care settings, as well as providing counselling to adolescents within school environments. I aim to meet each client with sensitivity, curiosity, and respect, fostering a space for meaningful exploration and emotional growth.
