Choosing to start therapy is a significant step. With three years of experience in private practice working alongside Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), I provide high standard of therapeutic care tailored to specific needs. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (Level 7) and I'm committed to helping clients achieve lasting personal change.
My Integrative Approach
My foundational training is Psychodynamic, allowing us to explore the deeper roots of your patterns and past experiences. To ensure therapy is as effective as possible, I am currently integrating further evidence-based models:
Psychodynamic: To uncover the "why" behind your current feelings and create long-term shifts.
Person-Centred (PCT): To ensure a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment where you feel truly heard.
CBT Skills: To provide practical, "here-and-now" tools to manage stress, anxiety, and workplace challenges.
Experience with EAPs and Workplace Wellbeing
In my EAP work, I understand the importance of clear goals and managing the unique pressure of the modern professional environment. I am experience in helping clients navigate:
Work-related stress and burnout.
Career transitions and performance anxiety.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What to Expect
Whether you are a private client seeking deep self-discovery or coming through an EAP for short-term, focused support, my goal is to provide a safe, confidential space. We will work collaboratively to understand your history while giving you the practical skills to handle the present.
