I’m Devon, a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist passionate about helping both individuals and couples in a safe and supportive environment.

Choosing a counsellor can be a tough decision - there are plenty of us out there but it’s important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable around and is the right fit for you. I believe that counselling should be as easy as talking to a friend, whilst knowing that everything you share is being heard from an unbiased perspective in a confidential space.

After working with person-centred counsellors and a cognitive behavioural therapist myself in the past, I realised just how much seeking this kind of support can change your life and what a positive impact it can have, so much so that I wanted to share that with others.

I graduated officially in 2023 and combined with months of volunteering and support work in both my local community and with crisis services, I bring you my practice - Green Room Therapies.
