I offer short- to long-term therapy in an integrative approach, drawing upon techniques from across the modalities and delivered via Zoom (audio- or audio-visual), WhatsApp, or Telegram. In particular, I am passionate about helping clients who feel stuck, demotivated, or overwhelmed in their lives: people who want change but don't know which way to jump. Having worked in many and varied fields, from hospital cleaner to teacher, waitress to freelance translator, and jobseeker to academic with a postgraduate degree, I have learned the value of the strategy and the listening ear. Above it all, I believe in the power of positive change. My specific areas of interest and experience are the creative industries (especially visual arts and writing of all kinds), academia, education, holistic therapy (wellness), freelance and remote-working, burn-out, and spirituality.
