I’m a warm, approachable interventions lead offering supportive, one-to-one counselling for adults.
With many years of experience working with children and adults—particularly those with autism, cognitive delays, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges—I bring a deep understanding of the experiences many parents and carers face. While the counselling I offer is primarily for adults, my background means I can offer valuable insight and support to those trying to better understand or support their child, while also looking after their own emotional wellbeing.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, tailored to each individual. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating family life, struggling with anxiety, low mood or stress, or simply need space to talk things through, I’m here to help.
Alongside parent and carer support, I also work with a wide range of issues including:
• Anxiety and low mood
• Stress and burnout
• Grief and loss
• Self-esteem and confidence
• Life transitions and identity
• Relationship and family difficulties
• Work-related challenges
If you’re looking for a compassionate, down-to-earth space to explore what’s going on for you, please feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to hear from you.
