I am a qualified, accredited Integrative Counsellor, which means I work with you as an individual and use the most beneficial Counselling techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-whatever method is best for you to gain the happier life you are looking for.

Together we will find solutions that will help you to be able to cope and have a happier life. I have overcome several challenges in my life and I believe no one should have to struggle alone.

I work with clients suffering from Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Relationship issues, Fears, Divorce, Grief, Low self- confidence, Low self-esteem, Women's issues and Body image. I understand how difficult life can be and with support, you can find solutions to make a happier life. My additional qualifications and knowledge enhance the support I can provide.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental, empathetic environment where clients feel able to talk openly and freely. I work online via zoom or face to face.
