During my counselling sessions with individuals and groups, I strive to create a safe and confidential environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns. As a counsellor, I encourage patients to examine their choices and find their own way to make positive changes. My area of specialisation is cognitive behaviour therapy, which enables me to help patients identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that may be contributing to their problems.

Cognitive behavioural therapy, also known as CBT, is a type of talk therapy that can assist a person in dealing with problems by modifying how they think and behave. This therapy is primarily used to treat anxiety and depression, but it may also be beneficial for other mental and physical health problems.
