I offer online counselling sessions that have a range of different therapy approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Integrative Therapy, Neuro linguistic programming (NLP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other forms of therapy, for the convenience of people who don't have a lot of time to travel to sessions.
