My mission is making a transformative difference with folk who've been harmed, unheard, or hated in childhood. I work with individuals, couples and estranged families who want a profound healing, deeper connection, and to thrive in a loving home.
I trained in approaches that go deeper than typical talk therapy—into the body, the nervous system, and the roots of transformation:
* Attachment Family-Focused Therapy: to help you experience the secure love you may have never known.
* Brainspotting: to process trauma in an embodied way, resource you and expand your capacity for healing and joy.
* Relational Life Therapy: to break free from patriarchal dynamics and step into true connection with yourself and others... and give you capacity to use the skills you need when you're triggered.
I do 1 or 2 hour weekly sessions and intensives for those who want a deep dive without a weekly commitment. I look forward to making a difference to you!
If you feel alone, and want to be part of a group that is healing together, I also run Restore. It's a private community online, with weekly group sessions, and a healing library of meditations, practices and the skills to regulation and recovery from childhood adversity. https://restoring.love/365
