At the heart of my counselling service is a safe, understanding, and compassionate space — one where you are truly heard and supported. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a focus on helping individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, as well as those facing anxiety, low self-esteem, or challenges in rebuilding their sense of self.
Together, we will work at your pace to help you:

• Recognise and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
• Build confidence and self-worth
• Develop healthy coping strategies
• Set personal goals and boundaries
• Regain control and move forward with strength

    I came to Dawn sceptical about how she could help me, but I found her counselling a life saver she was so empathetic, understanding to my needs and the progress I’ve made, I finally feel free to live my best life, she was very professional, supportive and I really felt she understood everything I’d been through, I didn’t feel judged or looked down on.
    She’s an amazing woman with amazing skills that have really made me see the light at the end of a very dark time, I will continue to have are monthly catch ups as I feel that talking has really helped myself move on to better things. I recommend her with all my heart ❤️
