I have a Diploma level 5 in Counselling Skills which is accredited with the Board of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, offering all counselling therapies such as: Mindfulness and cognitive reframing, Transactional analysis, Inner child counselling, Emotional intelligence, All forms of abuse, Addiction therapy, Trauma therapy ie: PTSD, Person centred therapy, Complicated grief and bereavement counselling.
