I offer trauma-informed therapeutic support for adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and the effects of past or ongoing trauma. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns at their own pace.

My work supports individuals who may appear high-functioning externally yet feel emotionally stuck, dysregulated, or disconnected internally. Sessions focus on improving emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, and building resilience to support long-term wellbeing.

I work using an integrative, client-centred approach informed by trauma-aware practice. Where appropriate, I offer Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and Brainspotting to support the processing of trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress. These approaches can help reduce the emotional intensity linked to past experiences, support nervous system regulation, and facilitate deeper lasting change without requiring clients to relive traumatic events in detail.

I work collaboratively with clients to understand the underlying causes of their difficulties, reduce distressing symptoms, and support meaningful, sustainable change. Sessions are available online and face-to-face, beginning with an initial assessment to ensure the approach is suited to each client’s needs and goals.
