Integrated & Neuroaffirming Wellness Support
I provide holistic and neuroaffirming wellness services, specialising in integrated support for neurodivergent adults and parent/carers of neurodivergent young people. My practice is built upon formal accreditation in nutrition and certification in coaching, a commitment to non-judgmental, person-centred care, and personal lived experience.
Current Professional Roles & Credentials
I offer services within my established capacities, which include:
- Registered Dietitian (RD): Providing evidence-based, compassionate nutritional consultation.
- Specialist Neurodivergence Coach: Offering targeted support for executive function, energy management, system building, and self-advocacy.
- Intuitive Eating Counsellor: Guiding clients away from diet culture to foster a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and body.
- Peer Support Practitioner: Utilising my professional and lived experience to offer validating, empowering, and relational support.
Approach to Support
My practice is defined by a neuroaffirming philosophy. This means that I view neurodivergence as a natural human variation, not a disorder to be fixed.
Support is highly person-centred, focusing on the client's unique needs, sensory profile, and values.
I create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges related to burnout, sensory sensitivities, masking, food-related distress, and system implementation. My integrative methods empower clients to build self-compassion and develop strategies that truly fit their life, honouring their authentic self.
Counselling Training Disclaimer
Please note that I am currently a Counselling Student in Training, actively working toward my Level 5 Diploma in Counselling.
Any coaching or peer support provided is based on my accredited professional roles (Dietetics, Coaching, Peer Support) and is informed by, but does not constitute, professional psychotherapy or formal counselling until my diploma is completed and relevant accreditation is obtained. I adhere strictly to the ethical frameworks and supervision requirements of all my existing and student accreditations.
