I am a qualified counsellor who has successfully completed my Level 3 Counselling qualification, and I am currently studying towards my Level 4 Diploma in Counselling. My training has provided me with a strong foundation in ethical practice, self-awareness, and working in a client-centred way.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to effective counselling and I aim to build a warm, respectful, and trusting relationship with each client.
I am committed to working ethically and in line with professional standards, including maintaining clear boundaries and confidentiality. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step towards counselling and I work with sensitivity and compassion to support clients through this process.
My ongoing Level 4 studies continue to develop my skills, self-reflection, and understanding of therapeutic practice, allowing me to deepen my work with clients while remaining aware of my own limits and the importance of supervision. I am passionate about supporting individuals to gain greater self-understanding, build resilience, and find their own way forward.
