Sometimes people come into counselling not because something is “wrong,” but because life has become overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally heavy. I work with individuals who are trying to make sense of difficult experiences, whether that is moving to a new country, navigating relationships, or recovering from emotional strain that has built up over time.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in real-world understanding. I offer a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly without pressure or judgment. Together, we look at what is happening beneath the surface while also finding practical ways to help you feel more stable and in control again.
Much of my work centres around migrants, expat partners, and mothers adjusting to new environments while carrying complex emotional experiences. I aim to support not just insight, but also a sense of direction and steadiness.
