My approach is warm, supportive and tailored to you. Through coaching, I help you explore your thoughts and feelings, build practical coping strategies, improve self-awareness and develop confidence in making positive changes.
I understand that reaching out can feel difficult, so I aim to make the process as comfortable, supportive and approachable as possible.
