This model not only ensures convenient access to therapy but also reduces the overhead costs associated with physical office spaces, allowing me to maintain high-quality, effective, and affordable mental health support.

With extensive qualifications in Counselling, Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring a depth of knowledge and experience to every client interaction. My voluntary work with a renowned crisis service equips me to support individuals of all ages facing diverse challenges, from relationship struggles and financial stress to self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Additionally, my role as a support counsellor at a local hospice involves providing compassionate guidance to bereaved families and patients navigating end-of-life concerns.
