Working in the field of Perinatal Mental Health, I am a Specialist Occupational Therapist who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have experience working in other mental health areas, including the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), step-down wards, and Early Intervention. I have collaborated with individuals of all genders, including young adults, mothers, and babies.
I collaborate closely with clients, establishing a person-centred approach that involves the identification of objectives and the establishment of routine and structure in their daily lives.
I have successfully completed a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling. I have extensive experience working with clients in the National Health Service (NHS) for a number of years. I utilise exhaustive techniques and assessments to work collaboratively with clients to create personalised plans.

I prioritise the empowerment of clients to actively participate in their own recovery, the promotion of independence, and the facilitation of their reintegration into their communities.
